renovation and expansion of a building with an interesting history, as it was formerly used as a garage with carwash  and a gospel church
turned into a single-family home with a garden and studio, plus a second-floor apartment
the central area was opened up, creating a city garden with terraces on various levels
the white expanded metal gate on the street facade limits the view from outside while allowing ample natural light
